
Apartments for tourist rentals are apartments in a hotel or aparthotel (in this case the Altis Prime) that can be let out to third parties temporarily by means of an agreement entered into between the owner and the Altis Group, thereby providing revenue for the owner. Owners may use their apartments for pre-agreed periods and the days in question will be deducted from the revenue.
Yes. The apartment belongs to the owner. The decision to use it for tourist rentals is independent of the purchase of the property.
Whenever you want to use your apartment, all you have to do is contact the Altis Group and tell us when you want to stay in your apartment (a minimum of 30 days advance notice is required).
You can buy your apartment in the manner most convenient to you. The Altis Hotels Group and the Banco Espírito Santo (BES) have agreed advantageous leasing conditions for sales to companies.
